Disc blade are suitable for disc harrow and agricultural machine, as usual teh material is 65Mn spring steel and 40MnB steel.
As usual 65Mn spring steel hardness is 40-45HRC, 40MnB steel hardness is 43-48HRC. We are able to producting alot of kinddisc blade, max diameter is 46inch(1170mm).
There is an existing advanced productiion line of forging ,casting ,maching,heat treatment
